Murphy's invites you to a
6-course dinner paired with
Ramey Wine Cellar wines

benefitting the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation

Dine with your host from Ramey Vineyards as he educates you about the white and red wines paired with your 6-course dinner prepared by Murphy's Executive Chef Ian Winslade.

David Ramey helped establish a number of wineries: Matanzas Creek, Chalk Hill, Dominus Estate (owned by Christian Moueix, of Pétrus) and most recently, Rudd Estate.

In 1996 he founded Ramey Wine Cellars, which David owns with his wife, Carla. To make great wines, he takes chances, often harvesting his grapes at the last possible moment. The resulting wines are praised among colleagues, consumers and the media alike. Most importantly, they are the wines David dreams of brought to graceful, delicious life. Please click to visit the winery's website to learn more.

In Murphy's private dining area, you'll greet your fellow diners, your winery host and chef Ian Winslade.
