If you are a "foodie" then you'll be in food heaven on Wednesday, August 31st, when you taste what Chef Ian Winslade creates in our next delicious "Farm to Table" 4-course dinner. Lauren Cox will greet you, the farmer who manages Woodland Gardens, a 12 acre, USDA Certified Organic vegetable, fruit and cut-flower farm that grew all the fresh delights on your plate. She'll educate you about how your meal was created. Lauren received her Masters in Food Culture and Communications from Slow Food University in Italy.
